The vida vegas cassinoglobal sports data technology company Sportradar is a 2024 winner in two American Gambling Awards categories.

Sportradar has been voted recipient of the 2024 Golden Eagle trophy for Betting Product of the Year and Data Service Provider of the Year.

The Gambling.com Group, producer of the American Gambling Awards, will host the winners, judges and other invited guests at an exclusive VIP dinner on Nov. 21 at Torrisi, an acclaimed Michelin Star (2023) restaurant in New York City.

Founded in 2001, publicly traded Sportradar has a staff of more than 3,900 full-time employees in 20 countries.

Betting Product Of The Year

A panel of gaming-industry judges named Sportradar’s 4Sight advanced streaming technology winner in the Betting Product of the Year category. 4Sight uses artificial intelligence, machine learning and computer vision capabilities to “change the way fans watch live sport,” the company says on its website.

“Our tech analyzes live video at up to 120 frames a second and collects information from each frame,” the company says. "It then transforms the data into 3D animations – like ball speed, bounces, heat maps and more – all in real time.”

Sportradar’s clients can use these animations “to enrich the viewing experience and educate audiences about what’s happening in a game,” the website states.

The company’s 4Sight product is available to all sportsbooks worldwide for table Tennis and ATP tennis matches, with expansion into other sports expected soon.

“Tennis is the second most popular betting sport in the world, with billions of dollars wagered on the sport each year globally,” according to the company. “The data points that 4Sight visualizes during a match are relevant to betting markets and provide bettors with insights that help inform betting decisions. With 4Sight, operators keep their customers in their live stream longer, leading to increased betting activity and ultimately increased revenue.”

In one case study with a leading operator, 4Sight was able to increase viewership on ATP Tour streams by 17%, the Sportradar website states. For the same operator, turnover on table tennis events offered with 4Sight grew 153% year over year, a 51% improvement over those events not offered with 4Sight.

Data Service Provider Of The Year

As a data service provider, Sportradar each year collects data from over 890,000 games and matches in 92 sports. In the U.S., 98% of regulated sportsbooks run on Sportradar data.

Sportradar’s data travels from venue to the sports betting market within milliseconds for reliable, in-play betting. The company handles 30 million odds changes per minute with 99.9% accuracy.
